I pull my approach to nutrition (see my whole philosophy HERE) from years of scientific study, as well as the many women it’s worked for. It’s important to find freedom + joy with food, while also supporting your brain and body by getting the right balance of nutrients. Nutrition really does affect how you feel!

Together, we develop a personalized nutrition plan that accommodates your preferences, lifestyle, time constraints, and previous experiences with food. We also factor in any special issues like GI troubles, food sensitivities/allergies, medications, or other medical conditions.
